01 General Terms & Conditions

Pinggo ai (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") operates an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pinggo ai and its users.

These terms apply to all users — from new registrants to long-term members. Everyone must comply. Please read the full Terms & Conditions before using Pinggo AI.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Pinggo ai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are published in Bangla and shall be considered the final and binding document.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with pinggo ai, the following conditions must be met:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to register. pinggo ai may request proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.
• Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate name, address, date of birth, and contact details during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Pinggo AI support immediately.

Pinggo AI reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason — particularly where the information provided cannot be verified or appears suspicious.

03 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on pinggo ai, covering Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and lottery.

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled or amended unless pinggo ai voids it due to a technical error.
• Bets placed before a match or event begins are considered pre-match bets. Live betting applies only during an ongoing event.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will be considered final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, pinggo ai reserves the right to refund the stake on the relevant bet or apply alternative rules.
• Pinggo ai may void any bet if match-fixing or other illegal activity is suspected.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each market, and Pinggo AI reserves the right to change them at any time.

Pinggo ai always strives to provide accurate and up-to-date odds. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pinggo ai reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Pinggo AI offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own terms and conditions clearly stated on the offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Reload Bonus: Regular users receive weekly or monthly reload bonuses, each subject to its own specific terms.
• Free Bet: Winnings from Free Bets are not credited directly to your balance — wagering must be completed first.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once its validity period expires.

Pinggo ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, pinggo ai may close the relevant account without prior notice and forfeit all accumulated bonuses.

05 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Pinggo AI. All transactions are processed through fully secure, encrypted channels.

• Pinggo ai supports multiple payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds will only be returned via the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed and the minimum withdrawal amount must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Pinggo AI reserves the right to suspend a payment and carry out additional verification if a transaction appears suspicious.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pinggo ai platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account or using another person's account.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Odds Arbitrage: Deliberately exploiting odds errors to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through pinggo ai.
• Fraud: Using false information, forged documents, or stolen payment methods.
• Platform Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to pinggo ai's systems.

Pinggo AI continuously monitors its platform and uses advanced technology to detect any suspicious activity. Any winnings associated with prohibited activities will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

07 Responsible Gaming

Pinggo AI believes betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming and provide users with a range of tools to support their well-being.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Betting Limits: You can set your own cap on how much you wager within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: If you need a break from betting, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to permanently stop betting, you can use the self-exclusion feature.
• No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to open an account on Pinggo AI.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Pinggo AI reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If the KYC verification process is not completed or the required documents are not submitted.
• Accounts that have had no activity for an extended period (inactive accounts).
• Due to a court order or legal requirement.

When an account is closed, the process of returning any valid balance will be initiated. However, if the closure is due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited. Users may also close their account at any time by emailing support@pinggoai.com.

09 Dispute Resolution

Pinggo ai always aims to resolve disputes with users amicably. If you have a complaint, please get in touch using the method below:

• Pinggo AI will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Complex matters may take up to 14 business days for a full investigation.
• Pinggo ai's decisions are considered final; however, users may seek recourse under applicable Bangladesh law.

10 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

Pinggo ai reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Updated terms will be published on the Pinggo AI website.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
